Health and wellness coaching is a partnership between a coach and client that guides clients toward the changes they want to make.
We help you identify and kick-start some lifestyle changes to improve your overall health and wellness. As certified Functional Medicine Health Coaches, we don’t lay our own goals on you – those goals set are purely yours. Instead, our role and capability are to guide, support and motivate you in discovering your strengths and achieving your goals.
We dive deep into your health timeline with a “Functional Medicine” lens so that we can better understand the root cause of your illness. This timeline is personalised, and is centred on YOU, your story, and what makes you unique.
It places central importance on YOUR experiences and life events and what factors or triggers in your life may have contributed to your illness or condition. Your story becomes the foundation of your treatment plan, which is the map of your journey towards better health.
Health coaching is not a one-size-fits-all view of health. We consider ourselves to be “change-makers”. We do not assess, prescribe, diagnose, treat, or interpret results.
Our aim is to identify WHY illness occurs, and address those root causes to restore health and well-being.
We believe that our coaching process is successful because it enables our clients to draw on their inner strengths, develop self-knowledge and embrace self-management strategies to make sometimes challenging lifestyle changes necessary for optimal health.
