Our therapist starts by stimulating the acupressure points around the eyes using a Bojin tool.
Acupressure points are specific areas around the body where “qi” (energy) flows and gathers. Gentle application of pressure around these points regulates the flow of “qi” in the face meridian channels, relaxes the eye muscles and increases the blood flow to the eye area.
Our therapist then proceeds to remove your eye makeup and cleanse the eye area. Next, she places a warm tea bag compress over your eyes. This step helps remove puffiness and dark circles, so your eyes look lively and refreshed.
While you soak up the warming goodness of your eye compress, she massages the delicate area around your eyes using gentle tapping motions. This action improves blood circulation and promotes lymphatic drainage to give a soothing, relaxing feel.
